We publish the non-identifying numbers and cryptographic values needed to reproduce the official selection—then delete the personal information used to conduct it.

Review
Duplicates and flagged submissions are reviewed under the same rules before the list is locked.
Fingerprint
Eligible confirmation codes are sorted and converted into a SHA-256 manifest hash.
Select
A secure random seed and the manifest hash produce a draw hash and one index.
Delete
Personal records are removed automatically after the draw, with only short-lived finalist records kept for verification.

The official record will appear here after entries close, reviews are complete, and the administrator runs the one-time draw.

- Download the published manifest. It contains only sorted confirmation codes.
- Compute SHA-256 of the compact JSON array. It must match the published manifest hash.
- Compute SHA-256 of
randomSeed:manifestHash. It must match the draw hash. - Interpret the first 16 hexadecimal characters as an integer and calculate its remainder after division by the eligible count. That zero-based index identifies the selected confirmation code.
